Refund policy

All sales are final after 24 hours. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, no refunds or returns will be issued.

Damaged or defective on arrival: if your table arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned: gift cards, mystery boxes, and any item marked final sale.
